Christmas Delivery

What’s the last date for Christmas delivery?

To guarantee delivery before Christmas, you need to place your order before midday the 19th December 2018. We will continue to ship orders placed right up until Christmas but cannot guarantee delivery after this date.

Please note: This does not include rural delivery.

Christmas Returns

We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2018. Any item purchased Online between 15th November and 24th December 2018 can be returned up until the 15th January 2019 however, will still need to meet our return requirements.

Any item purchased from 25th December 2018 onwards will be subject to our usual 15 day returns policy.

Our returns warehouse will remain open right throughout the Christmas and New Year period however, these will not begin to be processed until Monday the 14th of January. As long as your return has arrived to us by this date it will comply with our extended Returns Policy.

General Shipping

A flat shipping fee of $5 is added to all orders under $50.

No extra charge for rural delivery.

Orders typically ship within a few days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Packages are delivered by Courier Post (actual transit times may be up to 7 days from shipment). A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is dispatched.

Items may be sent from different store locations around NZ, so you may get more than one shipping confirmation email and more than one package.

Amazon Surf currently ships to New Zealand addresses only.

All packages must be signed for. If nobody is there to sign for the package, the courier will leave contact details for you to arrange collection from the Courier Post depot or agree on a good time for the next delivery.

If Courier Post are unable to deliver your Online Order and the parcel gets returned to us. We will do our very best to get in contact with you, if we do not get a response within 30 days of your order being returned to us, the items will be returned into our stock and you will be refunded.

Do not ship an order to a PO Box unless you are sure the package will fit inside.
