General Shipping

A flat shipping fee of $5 is added to all orders under $50.

No extra charge for rural delivery.

Orders typically ship within a few days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Packages are delivered by Courier Post (actual transit times may be up to 7 days from shipment). A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is dispatched.

Items may be sent from different store locations around NZ, so you may get more than one shipping confirmation email and more than one package.

Amazon Surf currently ships to New Zealand addresses only.

All packages must be signed for. If nobody is there to sign for the package, the courier will leave contact details for you to arrange collection from the Courier Post depot or agree on a good time for the next delivery.

If Courier Post are unable to deliver your Online Order and the parcel gets returned to us. We will do our very best to get in contact with you, if we do not get a response within 30 days of your order being returned to us, the items will be returned into our stock and you will be refunded.

Do not ship an order to a PO Box unless you are sure the package will fit inside.
